About Myself

I am a specialist who combines such areas as mechanics, electronics and programming in his work. Seven years of official experience as a production engineer at the Coca-Cola plant and three years as the plant engineer at PepsiCo Kyrgyzstan. In addition to my main responsibilities such as maintenance and repair of production and auxiliary equipment, I am engaged in the development of various projects that can reduce production costs, improve product quality and satisfy the customers.

Maintenance and repair. Ten years of experience in preventive maintenance and repaing of production equipment: Bottle blowing machines, Aseptic lines, Fillers, Labellers, Packagers and Palletizers, High/Low pressure compressor units, steam boilers. Pneumatic and hydraulic units.

Inspection Camera v1.0

This project was aimed at avoiding the human factor and as a result, leaded to satisfaction of the client. The system scans each layer and, even if there is a shortage of at least one package, it stops the palletizer. Besides the fact that the system was developed from scratch, the PLC program of the machine itself was also finalized.

This project was aimed at avoiding the human factor and as a result, leaded to satisfaction of the client. The system scans each layer and, even if there is a shortage of at least one package, it stops the palletizer. This version doesn't use any aditional interface devices, instead it uses on-board GPIO's of the single board computer.

HP Compressor automation

Since I am the coordinator of energy management system at the plant, I had to work on projects that would reduce the cost of energy used. One of the projects was to equip a 160kW 40Bar compressor with a programmable complex that would monitor the work cycle and stop the unit if compressed air was not needed.

Gyroglider

As a child, I had a dream to build my own aircraft and climb it into the sky. In 2016, I finally managed to assemble a gyroglider from scratch in my garage and subsequently lift it into the sky. The electronic navigation panel was assembled on STM32f407 microcontroller. This device displayed altitude, flight speed, and rotational speed of the main rotor.

This online service was developed for our foremen, engineers and supervisors to improve our maintenance, later I decided to add a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) section to make keeping relevant reports much easier for employees who are performing the monthly-based questionnaire. I decided to name this service (ccimexport) that stands for Coca Cola Icecek Maintenance Excellence Portal.
